Shivadnya Constructions Private Limited

We are based in Satara, specifically in the Mangalwar Peth area. Our spot is at Plot No. 2, Sr. No. 514-B/1/14. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but we’ve been here a good while now. The neighborhood is mostly residential mixed with some small businesses. We do construction work as Shivadnya Constructions, mostly around the local area. Our office is where the planning happens before we head out to the sites. It’s often dusty here because of the materials and boots coming in and out. We aren't the type to sit behind a desk all day in a suit. Usually, you'll find us looking over blueprints or talking to the laborers. Satara is a quiet place compared to the big cities, but there’s plenty of building work to keep us busy. We take our trucks out to different plots every morning. The office is just a base to keep the records straight and meet with clients who want to build something. It’s a simple setup. A few chairs, a big table for drawings, and a computer that’s seen better days. We know most of the people around Mangalwar Peth. It’s that kind of place. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. We just focus on the bricks and mortar and making sure the walls are straight. It’s hard work, but we like it and it keeps us busy enough.
