Shibi Agro Roller Mills Private Limited is located over in Phaltan, in the Satara district. Vijaysinh Amarsinh Nimbalkar is the one running things here. We have a mill where we process the grains that come in from the surrounding farms. It is a noisy place, and there is always dust in the air, but that is just how a mill works. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our setup is for work, not for show. Satara has some really good soil, so there is always plenty of grain to deal with. We focus on grinding and making sure everything is ready for the market. Some days are harder than others, like when a machine breaks down and we have to spend all day covered in grease trying to fix it. We are just a local operation trying to be reliable for the people around here. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in Maharashtra.
