Shanishwar Contractors and Services is a local business based in Lonand. Our office is actually at Chandrashekhar Ghodke’s place in the Khandala Taluka area. It is a bit different from the big city offices in Mumbai or Pune. Things move a bit slower here, but the work is still plenty. We handle various contracting jobs around the Lonand area. Most of our guys are locals who have been doing this for years. We do not have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just do the work and let people talk. If we do a good job on a shed or a wall, the next neighbor calls us. That is how we have grown. It is practical work. We deal with bricks, cement, and manual labor every day. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to the nearby villages for a project. Lonand is a small place, so your reputation is everything. If you mess up, everyone knows by the next morning. We try to be fair and just get the job done without making a fuss. There is a lot of sun out here, so we start early and try to get the heavy stuff done before it gets too hot.
