RADHEEY CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based over at Plot Number 24 in the Shivnagar Housing Society, which is in the Krishnanagar area of Satara. It is a quiet enough place compared to the bigger cities. Being a construction company in a housing society might seem a bit odd to some, but it works for us. We have our main desk set up near the front and the back room is full of cement samples and measuring tapes. Satara has its own pace and we try to stick to it. Most of the people working here grew up around these parts, so we know the roads and the local suppliers pretty well. Our office does not have any of that corporate feel. It is mostly just wooden chairs and a few computers that have seen better days. We do the bookkeeping ourselves and make sure the site supervisors have what they need before they head out in the morning. Sometimes the rains in Satara make the work slow down, so we spend more time in the office drinking hot tea and going over the plans. We do not go around making big promises or using loud advertisements. People in the society know us by name and that is usually how we get our work. It is a straightforward business run by local people who just want to get the walls up and the roofs on. We like being part of the Shivnagar community.
