Our office is at House Number 28, situated in survey number 41/A/2 and 42B of Tamjai Nagar. It’s in Satara, which is a place we’ve really come to know well over the years. Psk Vastunirmiti Private Limited is what’s written on our small sign outside. The area is mostly quiet, which is nice when we are trying to concentrate on building plans. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just a few rooms where we keep our equipment and files. Most of our work happens out on the field, so the office is often just a place to touch base and handle the admin side of things. Satara-415002 is the area code. We’ve got a couple of computers that have seen better days and a table that is usually covered in site maps and half-empty tea cups. We don’t go in for big marketing speeches. We just build things and try to make sure everything is solid. The weather around here can be unpredictable, so we spend a lot of time checking the skies before heading out to a site. There’s a certain rhythm to how we work. It’s not about being the biggest company, just about doing the job properly. We know the local vendors and the people in the neighborhood. It feels more like a community than a business district. We stay busy, we keep things simple, and we don't make a big fuss about what we do for a living.
