We are located in Sadar Bazar, right near Kanishka Hall. Our office is Shop Number 1 in the Vyankateshwara Apartments. It is a central spot in Satara, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are out doing their errands. We work on development projects around the city. It is mostly about finding the right spots for new buildings and then dealing with the actual construction side of things. It is a lot of coordination between different trades, like plumbers and electricians, and sometimes it feels like we are just managing schedules all day long. Satara has its own pace, and we have learned to work with it over the years. We are not some big corporate entity; it is a partnership where we all pitch in. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints and samples of tiles or paint. It is a working office, not a showroom. We get a lot of foot traffic because of where we are situated in the bazaar. People pop in with questions about property or just to see what we are currently working on. It is not always smooth sailing. Sometimes there are delays with permits or the weather does not cooperate, but we just take it as it comes. We have been in this building for a while now and know all the neighbors well. It is a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes and we like being part of the local scene.
