Ovee Developers Private Limited is based out of Phaltan, which is in the Satara district. It is a bit quieter here than in the big cities like Mumbai or Pune, but there is still plenty of work for us to do. We are located at C.T.S. No.232. Mostly, we work on local development projects that help our town grow a little bit more every year. Being in a place like Satara means we know a lot of our clients personally, sometimes for many years. It is not just about building houses; it is about being a real part of the local community. We started this because we saw that Phaltan needed more organized development. Sometimes it is hard to find the right building materials nearby, so we have to get them from further away, which adds to our daily workload. Our office is not anything special to look at, just a practical place to keep our files and meet with people to discuss plans. We do not have a marketing department or a fancy website to show off. We just rely on the quality of the things we build and people talking to each other. Construction can be quite slow, especially during the monsoon season when almost everything has to stop for a while. We try to plan around the weather, but nature usually has its own ideas. The staff here is local, so they understand the area and the people very well. We are just local people making a living by building things.
