Nitin A. Shinde

My name is Nitin A. Shinde and I run things from Sankalp Banglow. It’s located in the Ganesh House Society, right at Soncilrwadi Wai Plot No. 32. If you are near the Abcd Mall, you are pretty close to where I am based. I’ve lived in this area for a long time and I know it well. Using my home as a base for work just makes sense for me and my family. It’s a quiet spot away from the main noise and traffic of the mall. I handle various projects and business matters from here. Sometimes it feels like there is always something to fix or someone to call on the phone. I don’t have a big office building or a bunch of staff helping me out. It’s mostly just me managing the day-to-day tasks as they come. People know the bungalow and they know they can find me here most days of the week. It’s a practical way to work and keeps things simple. I don’t like having a lot of overhead or fancy stuff. I just focus on the work that people give me to do. The plot is a decent size and I’ve got a small space set up specifically for meetings when people come by. It’s not formal at all. We usually just sit and talk about what needs to be done. Wai is a nice place to live and work. It has a good pace to it.
