The address is a bit long on paper, M.No. GA 1630/16, but most people just look for the building near S.No. 164/2/2. Nairaty Multiinfra is a local outfit here in Satara. We do a bit of everything when it comes to infrastructure. It's a small team and we all know each other well. Karad is a nice place to work out of, it’s not as crazy as the big cities. Our office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a few computers. We spend a lot of time out at the sites instead of sitting behind a desk all day. We started this because we saw a need for reliable infra work in this part of Maharashtra. It’s not always easy and there are plenty of long days. Sometimes we have to deal with weather issues or parts not arriving on time. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters, just this first-floor flat where we keep our files. People around here know where to find us if they need something built or fixed. We just try to do a decent job and stay busy. That is basically the whole story of how we run things.
