V M Tours And Travels is located right in Mulund East, specifically in the Rashtra Sarthi CHS. If you know where Laxmibhai School is, we are just opposite that in Dindayal Nagar. It is a convenient spot for people living nearby to drop in. We spend most of our time looking at ticket prices and planning routes for families or solo travelers. The office isn't very large, but it serves us well for what we do. We’ve been operating out of A/2 for some years now. Being in a residential society makes it feel more like a community business. We talk to neighbors and locals about where they want to go for their next holiday. Dealing with trains, planes, and cars is what fills our day. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that is just part of the travel business. We don't use any fancy booking systems that you can't understand. It’s mostly just us on the phone or the computer making sure things are lined up. We like being in this part of Mulund. It’s a quiet area mostly, except when school lets out. We just try to make travel less of a headache for everyone who walks through our door. We don't have a big staff, just enough to keep things moving. You can usually find one of us here from morning until late evening making sure everything is ready for the next trip.
