Shree Prakash Concrete Blocks

We are located over in the M.I.D.C Industrial Area at plot D-8. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main town, but this is where all the manufacturing happens. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a layer of grey dust on everything, including our tea cups. We focus on making concrete blocks, so the sound of the mixers is basically what we hear all day long. We start the machines early in the morning, and they don't really stop until late evening. It’s heavy work, moving the finished blocks and stacking them up to cure. Our staff has been with us for a long time, and we all just know what needs to be done without talking too much about it. The yard is filled with rows and rows of blocks of different sizes. Sometimes the weather doesn't play nice, and we have to cover everything up quickly if a storm rolls in. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our business comes from people who just know we're here at D-8 and stop by to see the blocks for themselves. It’s a straightforward operation. We make the blocks, we load them on the trucks, and we start again the next day. The industrial area can be a quiet place at night, but during the day, it's all about the work and getting things done for the customers.
