MIG CONSTRUCTION LLP

Our place is located at 8A Laxminagar, House Number 646 89, right near Deccan Chowk in Phaltan. It’s a local spot in the Satara district where everyone seems to know everyone else. MIG Construction LLP isn’t some big corporate setup; it’s just us working out of this house. We have converted part of the building into our workspace where we keep our tools, ledgers, and construction plans. The area around Deccan Chowk is usually buzzing with local activity, tractors passing by, and people going about their business. Our office has a very lived-in feel to it. There are stacks of paper on the tables and a few chairs that have seen better days. We don't spend much on making things look polished because we’re usually too busy with the actual work in the field. Sometimes the neighbor's dog sits by our door, and we can hear the birds in the trees outside. It’s a quiet enough place to get our planning done, even if the occasional motorbike zooms past. We handle everything from here, from ordering materials to talking with the laborers. The light in the room is a bit dim in the evenings, so we have a few extra lamps around. It is a humble setup, but it’s where all our decisions are made. Being in Phaltan keeps us close to the projects we manage around the Satara area, which makes the daily commute to the sites much easier for us.
