Vedant Fabrication Works

Out here in the Satara MIDC area, things get pretty loud during the day. We are located at L67, and you can usually hear the welding and the cutting from down the road. It’s dusty work and our hands are usually covered in grease or metal shavings. We moved into this spot because it’s right in the middle of the industrial zone where all the action is. Kallidaikurichi isn't too far, but we spend most of our time right here on the shop floor. We make things out of iron and steel, mostly just whatever the local factories or builders need for their projects. It’s not a clean job. The floor is concrete and there are piles of scrap in the corners that we need to clear out eventually. We have a few guys who have been with us for a long time and they know exactly how the machines sound when they’re running right. Sometimes the electricity cuts out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It’s a simple life of measuring twice and cutting once. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If you want to see what we do, you just walk into the shed and look at the projects we’re currently welding together. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much of a break.
