M S Shahane Properties Nagar

Our office for M S Shahane Properties Nagar is located out on Plot Number 27 in Sambhajinagar. It is in the Saidapur area near the Post Kondave. Satara is a nice place but it gets pretty dusty on the roads around here. We are just a local operation dealing with property stuff. The office is not very big but it has enough room for us to sit and talk to people who come by asking about land or houses. We spend a lot of time driving around the Taluka and District of Satara to look at different sites. It is a lot of outdoor work followed by coming back to the plot to write things down. We don’t have any fancy signs or big marketing displays. Usually, it is just one of us sitting there with a register and a mobile phone. People in Saidapur know where to find us if they need something. The weather can be a bit harsh in the summer so we try to get the most work done in the mornings. It is an honest living and we have been at this location for a while. There is always something to do, whether it is checking on a boundary or talking to a neighbor about a plot. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving. It is a simple setup for a property business and it works for what we do. It gets the job done without any fuss.
