Being on Station Road means there is usually a good amount of activity right outside our door. The building, Mandar, is easy enough to locate once you are in the housing society area. It is a pretty standard spot for a bank branch. We see a lot of people from the housing society and others who are just passing by on their way to the station. The office is not overly large, but it is functional for the daily needs of the town. We have got our routine down, and the staff here just tries to keep things organized. Sometimes the road gets busy with buses and cars, but the society itself stays relatively calm. It is a decent place to work and visit. We do not use a lot of complicated systems, just the regular stuff needed to keep things running. Karad is a nice town, and being on Station Road puts us right where people need us most. We are not doing anything flashy, just providing the space for people to handle their finances. Most people who live nearby just walk over. It has a very neighborhood feel to it, which is how we like things to be. We are just a local branch doing our part every day.
