Our place is right on the main road in Phaltan, not far from the power station at Mahadeo Mal Kolki. It’s an easy landmark to give people when they are trying to find us. We deal with food products here, and the smell of whatever is being processed that day usually drifts out onto the street. It’s a busy spot with trucks passing by all day long, so there is always a bit of grit and noise. The building is a simple structure on Plot No. At123/A/2, and we’ve tried to make the most of the space inside. There are always bags being moved and scales being checked to make sure everything weighs what it should. We aren't a massive factory, just a local operation trying to keep up with the orders that come in from the Satara area. The staff here are all from around these parts, and we usually eat lunch together in the small break area when things quiet down for a bit. It gets pretty frantic when a big shipment is due, but we manage to get through it. We don't have fancy packaging machines like the big city companies, so a lot of stuff is still done by hand. It’s just how we do things here. The power station nearby occasionally hums, and the traffic never seems to stop, but inside we just focus on the food and the orders we have to finish.
