This is the site for Patan Food Processors Pvt. Ltd. down on Patanmandure Road. We are out in P.O. Mhavashi where it is a bit quieter than the main city. The building sits right along the road so you can't really miss it if you are driving through. We deal with food processing every day and it keeps the whole team on their toes. There is a lot of machinery running in the back which makes a steady hum all afternoon. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we get back to it soon enough. Most of the people working here are from the local village nearby. We have a small gate and a yard where the deliveries come and go. It gets a bit muddy during the rainy season because of the dirt tracks around here. We have a small lunch room where we sit and talk about the day. It isn't a very large operation but we stay quite steady with the work. Every morning the staff shows up and we start the machines. There is always a lot to clean up after we finish a batch. We keep the registers and books in the front room. It is a straightforward place and we just focus on getting the food processed and packed properly. We don't have any big signs or anything, just the work we do every day.
