So, we are Kachhi Housing Development LLP. We are located over in Satara. Our address is Plot No. 1, S. No. 324/3 in Karanje Tarf. It is a quiet spot compared to the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. Satara has its own pace, and we like it that way. We have been here at 415002 for a long time. Our office is just a regular room where we keep our files and meet with people. We work on housing developments, mostly around this area. It is a small operation. You will usually find one or two of us at the desk, while the others are out at the sites. We do not go for big advertisements or anything fancy. People usually find us through word of mouth. The building is just a standard one on Plot No. 1. It is easy to find once you get into Karanje Tarf. We know most of the people around here. It is the kind of place where you say hello to everyone you pass. Our work involves a lot of planning and checking on things. We do not have a big mission statement or anything. We just want to build houses that people can live in. It is practical work. Every day is a bit different, and that is what keeps us going. We are just a local business doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get to the sites, but we deal with it.
