K L Rajput Associates is based out of the Taldistsatara area in Pune, Maharashtra. Our address is 415 011, which is a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city center, but we like the pace out here. It’s a mix of different types of work, and we handle a bit of everything that comes our way. The office is just a plain room with a few desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one so people don't get lost. The weather in this part of Maharashtra can get really hot, so we usually have the windows open to catch whatever breeze there is. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us who have been working together for quite some time. We know the local roads and the people in the nearby villages. Most of our days are spent talking to people and trying to sort out their problems. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to act like we're better than anyone else. It's just a regular office where we do our jobs and then go home to our families. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, while other days are so busy we barely have time for lunch. It’s a decent place to work, and we like the community here.
