Our place is in Yeshwant Apartment, specifically at 331 Mangalwar Peth in Satara. It’s a well-known area in this part of town. Anil B Vakharia Associates has been working from this apartment for quite some time now. Being in a residential building means it stays fairly calm, though the streets outside in 415002 can get busy during the festival seasons. We have a few rooms set up for our different tasks. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a place where we can get our work done without too many distractions. We’ve got some old wooden desks and shelves that are starting to show their age, but they still work fine. People from around Satara know they can find us here if they need help with their paperwork or business stuff. We don’t spend much on advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. We drink a lot of tea while we go through the files every morning. The view from the window shows the local street life, which is always interesting to watch. We’ve seen a lot of neighbors come and go over the years. It’s a stable place to be. We just keep things moving at a steady rhythm. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to for a formal meeting elsewhere. Usually, we just wear regular clothes and focus on the tasks we have on our desks today. It’s just how we do things.
