Janta Steel

Janta Steel is set up in Chandresh Nagar, right near the Mayani Chowk area. Our shop is on Garediya Kuva Road and we are quite close to the Alankar Hotel. That hotel is the main landmark we tell everyone to look for if they are trying to find us for the first time. The road outside can get a bit crowded with cars and rickshaws, especially during the middle of the day, but that is just part of living in this area. We have been here for a long time and our space is filled with everything we need for our daily work. It is not a polished or fancy showroom, just a real working shop where things happen. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses, so we all know each other pretty well. We start our day early when the sun comes up and we usually finish up as it starts to get dark. It is a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We don't use any complicated systems or have a big corporate structure. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend a bit of time cleaning up every morning. There are some good food stalls nearby where we get our lunch most days. It is a busy, honest place to work and we like being part of the community here in this part of town.
