I Chaney & Associates

We are located in Karad, which is a town in the Satara district. Our office is at 56/A Mangalwarpeth. It’s a decent spot in a part of India that feels a lot more relaxed than the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. I Chaney & Associates has been part of this local community for a long time. We aren’t trying to be a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We just work with the people who live around here and come to see us. The building itself is a bit old, but it does the job we need it to do. We deal with whatever paperwork or projects come across our desks on a daily basis. Most of the time, it’s just the few of us and the usual sounds of Mangalwarpeth coming through the windows. You won't find any marble floors or air-conditioned lobbies with fancy lights here. It’s just a functional space with some old wooden furniture and a lot of history. We know most of the people in the neighborhood by name, and they know where to find us if they need anything. Karad 415110 is our home, and we’ve set down deep roots here. There is no point in using fancy marketing language to describe what we do. We show up every morning, handle our business, and go home to our families in the evening. Some days are quite busy, especially when the market is full, but we enjoy the pace. It’s a simple way of running a business, and it keeps us busy enough. We don't have any big plans to move.
