We are based over in Satara at Vijayheights in Sadar Bazar. It’s a decent spot for a business like ours. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and dealing with the usual infra problems. Most of our work is local, right here around CTS No 523-A. Being in Sadar Bazar means things are usually lively. We aren't a giant operation with hundreds of people. It’s just us doing the daily grind. Sometimes the projects take longer than we thought, but that’s how it goes in this industry. We have been at this for a bit now. You won’t find any fancy slogans here. We just show up at the office and get to it. The stairs at Vijayheights can be a workout some days, especially when we are carrying heavy folders. We get a lot of calls about various construction needs. We try to keep things simple. No complicated talk, just telling people what we can do and then doing it. Satara is a good place to work from. It has its own pace. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open. We know most of the guys working on sites nearby. We've got a lot of respect for the guys who do the heavy lifting on site. Most of our day is spent coordinating between suppliers and the guys on the ground. It’s a lot of juggling. But we enjoy it enough to keep coming back every day.
