Gaurishankar Education And Agro is located right at Plot 21 in the Army H Society, Sadar Bazar. Being in Satara, we’re close to both the town and the fields. Our work covers a bit of everything, from the agro side to some educational bits. It started because we saw a need for both here. The office is a simple place where we keep our files and meet up. You can usually find someone there during the day, unless we’re out on a site visit. Satara is a good place to be based because the community is very active. We aren't doing anything fancy with big logos or advertisements. It’s just us trying to keep things running smoothly. Some days are just filled with phone calls and sorting out schedules for the training or the farm work. The Army H Society is a quiet neighborhood, which helps when we need to focus on the paperwork. Sometimes the printer acts up, which is a bit of a headache, but we manage. We handle the agro part with the same practical approach as the education side. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There’s no corporate ladder to climb, just work that needs to get done. We’ve been at this for a while and the goal is just to stay useful to the people around us without making things too complicated.
