We are based out of Shirwal in the Khandala Taluka, which is part of the Satara district. Our office is really just part of the property belonging to Manohar Dimbale. It is a very local operation here. Being in a place like Shirwal means you know your neighbors and the people you are building for. Dimbale Developers isn't a big city firm; we are just local folks who know how to put a building together properly. We handle a lot of the residential work around this part of Satara. The office is quite simple, mostly just a place to keep the records, store some tools, and meet with people to talk about their plans for a new house or a shed. We don't have a website or a fancy marketing department. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are and seeing what we've built in the area over the years. It can be a bit slow during the monsoon season when the rain makes it hard to get much done on the sites, but we use that time to get the paperwork in order and plan for the next few months. We take a lot of pride in just doing what we said we would do for the price we agreed on. It is a quiet life out here compared to the big cities, but we have plenty of work to keep us moving. We just focus on one job at a time and try to make sure the foundations are solid before we move to the next thing.
