We’ve been here at L-20 in the Additional MIDC area of Satara for a long time now. If you know this part of Maharashtra, you know it’s mostly about hard work and keeping the machines running. Bartakke Electrofab Pvt Ltd isn't some fancy glass building; it's a place where we actually make things. Most mornings start with the sound of metal being moved around and the hum of the machines getting warmed up. The staff here are mostly local folks who have been with us for years. We do a lot of fabrication work, handling different types of electrical enclosures and parts that people need for their projects. It gets pretty loud on the shop floor, especially when the big presses are going. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or making the place look like a showroom. It’s a workshop, plain and simple. We deal with the heat in the summers and the heavy rains that hit Satara every year. Usually, there’s a lot of back-and-forth about dimensions and making sure the welding is done right. People stop by the office to talk about their orders, and we usually have tea brought in from the stall down the road. It’s just how we operate. We focus on the jobs at hand, making sure the crates are packed and the trucks are loaded to go out. It’s steady work, day in and day out, just trying to keep up with the schedule.
