Working out of a row house is nice because it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have been here for a bit now, and most of the people in the park know us. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We usually have a lot of stuff piled up near the entrance, mostly tools and folders. Satara is a good place for this kind of business. The bypass makes it easy for us to get our vehicles in and out without getting stuck in the town traffic too much. We aren't really about the corporate look. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. Most of our days are spent coordinating with the site teams or waiting for deliveries. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We have a small kitchen in the back where we make tea for anyone who stops by. It’s not a high-profile place, just R-17 in a quiet residential park. We just keep our heads down and try to get through the work we have lined up. There’s always another job to plan or another truck to wait for at the bypass.
