Karad is where we call home, specifically out in Laxmi Nagar. Agashiv Infrastructure Private Limited has its base here in the Malkapur Taluka area of Satara. We’ve been around this part of Satara-415539 for a good while now. It’s not a fancy glass-walled office, just a regular place where we sit down to figure out our infrastructure projects. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the roads and the people in the district fairly well. The work itself can be quite a grind. We deal with lots of paperwork and site visits that usually involve coming home with dust on our shoes. That’s just how it is in this line of work. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just basic infrastructure tasks that keep the area moving. Our office in Laxmi Nagar is where the planning happens before we head out to the sites in Karad. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of maps. Sometimes the local traffic makes getting around the taluka a bit of a chore, but we manage to get where we need to be. We aren't interested in making big speeches about what we do. We just want to get the job done and move on to the next one. People in the neighborhood know us as the local infra guys. It’s honest, practical work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. We just keep plugging away at it.
