Advikaraje Contractor (Opc) Private Limited

We are based out in Yeralwadi, which is part of the Khatav taluka in Satara district. Our main place is at House Number 149. It is a more rural area, so things move a bit differently here than they do in the big cities. We handle contracting work, which means a lot of different things depending on the day. Sometimes we are working on small houses, other times it is bigger sheds or local infrastructure needs. It is mostly hard, physical work that requires being out on the sites more than sitting in an office. As an OPC, it is a very direct way of working. There is no middleman to deal with. If someone has a question about a job, they talk to the person in charge right away. We use the house as our base for all the paperwork and to store some of the smaller tools we use daily. It is a family-run sort of feel, even if it is a formal company on paper. We know the people in Yeralwadi and the surrounding villages, and they know us. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. We do not have a website or do any big marketing stuff. We just focus on the job at hand, whether it is pouring a foundation or finishing up a roof. It is a quiet life but we stay busy enough with the local projects that come our way. We just keep working until the job is done.
