A D Sankpal Infrastructure operates from a quiet spot in Gadoli, Satara. Our office is on Plot No. 22, right behind Thakkar City. It is a bit out of the main rush, which is nice because it gives us some room to store things and think about our projects. We have been doing local infrastructure work for several years now. It is mostly about roads and foundations, the kind of heavy work that keeps a town running. Our setup is pretty basic, just a few rooms where we keep our maps and tools. We spend a lot more time outdoors than inside. The sun can get quite hot in Satara, especially when you are out on a site all day, but we are all used to it. We are a small team and most of us grew up around here, so we know the land pretty well. There is no corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs. We don't make big promises or use complicated language to describe what we do. If a road needs building or a site needs clearing, we just go out and do it. Sometimes the machinery breaks down or the rain slows us down, and we just have to wait it out and start again the next day. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, and we just try to be reliable for the folks in our community.
