Step2Gen Technologies Private Limited is based out of D-258 in the Industrial Area, Phase-8A. If you know this area, you know it’s a busy place with lots of trucks and other businesses going about their business. We’ve got our own little space here at D-258. It’s an industrial setting, so it isn't exactly pretty, but it’s perfect for the kind of work we do. We deal with tech and development mostly. Most of our day is spent at the office, drinking coffee and trying to solve whatever problems the latest project has thrown at us. Being in Phase-8A means there’s always a bit of a buzz around the building. We like the energy of the industrial area. It feels like things are actually getting built and done here every day. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we put in the hours. We have a small group of people who have been working together for a long while, so we don't need a lot of rules or formal meetings. We just talk across the desks when we need something. It’s a practical way to work. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy stories about our history. We’re just a bunch of people in an industrial park doing our jobs. It’s nothing more and nothing less than that. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else around here in the evening.
