R-Mak Solutions (Opc) Private Limited is over at E-206, Sector 74 in S.A.S Nagar. It’s a straightforward setup. Since it’s an OPC, there’s a real sense of personal responsibility for everything that goes out the door. We don’t have a big HR department or a floor full of managers. It’s just a small office where we handle software solutions for whoever needs them. Sector 74 is a developing area, so it’s interesting to see new buildings popping up around us all the time. Sometimes the construction noise is a bit much, but it’s part of being in a growing city. Inside the office, things are pretty quiet. We have our computers set up and a small table for when we need to talk things through. We aren't interested in all that corporate talk you see on LinkedIn. We just want to write code that doesn't break and help our clients get their stuff sorted out. We drink a lot of instant coffee and sometimes order food from the place down the street when we’re working late. It’s a humble way to run a business, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Punjab, just one that does a reliable job. Most days are just us sitting here, figuring out problems and typing away until the sun goes down. It's a simple, honest way to make a living in the tech world.
