Imperlo Super Spices (Opc) Private Limited

Our workshop is at Plot Number 110 in the Hansa Park industrial area. It’s right on Barwala Road in Derabassi, which is a busy part of Mohali. Imperlo Super Spices (Opc) Private Limited is essentially just a place where we grind and mix different spices all day. The air inside is always heavy with the smell of cumin, chili, and turmeric. It makes you sneeze sometimes if you aren't used to it. Being in an industrial park means we are surrounded by other workshops and warehouses. There’s always the sound of trucks backing up or metal clanging nearby. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s where the work happens. We don't have a fancy office with carpets. Our floors are concrete because they need to be easy to sweep. Spices get everywhere, no matter how careful you are. We spend a lot of time weighing things out and sealing up packets. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day you might be moving heavy sacks of raw seeds, and the next you are checking the labels on the finished jars. It gets quite hot in Punjab during the summer, and the fans in the warehouse don't do much, but we keep at it. We are just a local spice business trying to do our thing in Derabassi without making a big scene about it. It is hard work but we are used to the routine.
