Ict Simplified Private Limited is a bit different because we operate from a home-based office in Baltana. Specifically, it’s House Number 6 in Prem Vihar. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, which is a nice change from the loud industrial parks. Shanti Jha and the rest of us work here on various ICT projects. It’s a smaller, more personal setup. We don't have a big sign outside or a glass front. We just have a room dedicated to our computers and equipment. Working from Prem Vihar means we see the neighbors walking their dogs and kids playing in the street while we’re figuring out networking problems or software issues. It’s a very grounded way to work. We started this because we wanted to keep things simple, hence the name. We handle communications technology without all the corporate layers you find in bigger cities. Sometimes the neighbor's cat wanders in, or we have to stop for a minute when the vegetable vendor passes by outside. It’s not a fancy office, but it has everything we need to get the work done. Most of our clients appreciate that they can just call us and get a straight answer without a lot of technical jargon. It’s just us doing our best with the tools we have, right here in Baltana. It's a comfortable way to run a tech business without the stress of a typical downtown office building.
