We’ve been at Phase-8B for a while now, specifically in C 175. It’s a busy part of Mohali's industrial area, and most of us here spend the day working on computers or figuring out tech stuff for clients who call in. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we get things done. Some mornings the traffic on the way into the industrial area is a bit much, but once you’re inside and have a cup of tea, it’s alright. We started Forcitcample Technology Private Limited because there seemed to be a lot of work needed in this field. Most days involve a lot of typing, checking lines of code, and making sure systems don't crash when they shouldn't. It’s just us doing our job. Sometimes it’s quiet, other times everyone is talking at once. We don't really have a big fancy reception or anything, just desks and monitors. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’re also based in Mohali. Working in Phase-8B means there are always people around, other businesses doing their own thing, and the sound of the city outside. We try to keep things straightforward here. No one wears suits really, just regular clothes. It’s a practical place for practical work. We’ve had some long nights when a project is due, but that's just part of it. Mostly, it’s just a steady flow of technical tasks that keep us busy from Monday to Friday.
