You can find Dynamik Smart Solutions Private Limited over at House No. 69 in Phase 6. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually pretty calm except for when the school bus drops kids off nearby. We took this house and converted a couple of the rooms into our workspace. It still feels like a house, honestly. There’s a small garden out front that we try to keep alive, but none of us are really good with plants. We started this because we wanted a place where we could work without all the noise of a city center. Inside, it’s mostly just computers and some whiteboards that never seem to get fully erased. We have our lunch together in the kitchen area. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over a cup of tea. Being in Phase 6 is convenient for most of the team. We’ve been here for a couple of years now. The neighbors are nice and don't mind us being here. Sometimes we work late and you can see the lights on from the street. We’re just a small group of people trying to make things work. It’s not a fancy corporate life, but it gets the job done and we like the flexibility. There's always some background noise from the neighborhood, like dogs barking or people talking, which makes it feel like a real home.
