Careerball Software Private Limited is based over at 17-B in Sunny Enclave, Kharar. We’re in the Mohali district. It’s a nice enough spot to work from. Our office isn't very large, just a few rooms where we have our setups. We are a small group of people who know our way around software. We aren't big on titles or formal hierarchies. Everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Most days involve a lot of focused work at our desks. We have a small kitchen area where we spend way too much time making tea and talking about stuff that isn't work. It helps keep us sane. We've been in Sunny Enclave for a bit and we like the vibe of the place. It’s a mix of residential and small businesses. We don't have any flashy signs or a big lobby. People usually find us because someone they know told them about us. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build software and try to make sure it does what it’s supposed to do. If there’s a problem, we stay until it’s sorted out. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we get frustrated, but that’s just part of the job. We are just regular people working hard in a small office in Kharar, trying to keep our clients happy with the technical stuff they need.
