It’s under the care of Harjit Singh Dhall, and it’s a comfortable place to spend the workday. We aren’t in a hurry to move to a big office park because we like the atmosphere here near the hills. Inside, we’ve converted the rooms into a functional workspace where we handle our technology projects. It’s quiet enough that you can actually focus, but we are still close enough to the store if we need to grab a quick snack or a drink. The office is full of the usual stuff—monitors, keyboards, and a few stacks of folders that probably need filing. We don’t follow a strict corporate dress code or have any fancy titles. We just work together on whatever needs to be done. It’s a very practical way to run a tech company, focusing on the actual output rather than the image. Living and working in Nangal has a slower pace, and we’ve incorporated that into how we operate day by day. It’s a bit different from the city, but we like it.
