Fsal Technologies (Opc) Private Limited is located over in Zirakpur, which is right on the edge of Mohali and Patiala. We are in Maya Gardens, specifically Phase 3 on VIP Road. Our office is Flat No C 402 in the T-3G tower. The pincode is 140603. VIP Road is a well-known stretch in Zirakpur because it has everything you could need, from shops to apartments. Maya Gardens is a big complex, so it took us a little while to get settled in, but now C 402 feels like home. Being in a flat means it’s a bit more comfortable than a standard office building. It’s a quiet place to sit and work on technology stuff. We are an OPC, so it’s a compact team. We don't have a lobby or a big sign outside the gate. We just work from the flat and keep things simple. The commute can be slow because VIP Road gets a lot of traffic, but that’s just part of living and working in Zirakpur. Punjab weather is always a factor, especially the rains which can make the roads a bit messy. We’ve been in Maya Gardens Phase 3 for some time now. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just try to do a good job every day from our desks in T-3G. It is a humble setup but it allows us to stay focused on what we are doing without any unnecessary distractions. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
