Balaji Food Proucts

Balaji Food Proucts is over in Prashanthi Hills, Meerpet. You can find us at H No 256-257, which is Plot No 557. It’s a bit of a residential area, so we try to keep things quiet, but food production always makes some noise. We started this because we liked the idea of making things locally. The kitchen and packing area take up most of our space. It’s not a big factory with machines doing everything. We do a lot of the work by hand, which takes more time but it feels right. We don't have a big sales team going around. Mostly, people just find out about us from their friends or by tasting what we make. Sometimes the smell of what we are cooking drifts out into the street. We’ve had some ups and downs getting everything set up in Meerpet, but we are settled in now. We don't use fancy packaging or spend money on advertisements. We just put the food in bags and get it out to whoever wants it. It’s a lot of long hours standing up and moving things around. Our floor is usually a bit messy during the day, but we clean it all up before we go home. It’s just a regular small business trying to make something people in the neighborhood can use. We try to keep our prices fair for everyone and make sure the bags are filled right.
