New Tech Polychem Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 3119 in the Gidc Estate. If you walk down the main road, you can’t miss the blue gate we have. The estate is always humming with the sound of generators and trucks backing up. We’ve set up our main operations here because it’s close to the suppliers we need. The building itself is quite tall with high ceilings which helps a bit with the heat during the summer. We spend most of our time out on the floor rather than sitting in the small office we have tucked in the corner. The office has a couple of old desks and a computer that’s seen better days, but it gets the job done for the billing. There is always a layer of fine dust on everything, no matter how much we sweep, because that’s just the nature of the industrial estate. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just show up, do the work at Plot 3119, and go home to our families. Some days are longer than others, especially when a shipment is late or a machine needs a bit of extra attention. We eat our lunch on the benches outside when the weather is nice. It’s a practical place for practical people. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t, we just focus on the polychem work we have in front of us.
