Over at Plot No. 1917 in the Gidc Estate, you’ll find New Tech Polychem Pvt. Ltd. We’ve been working with polymers for quite some time now. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The facility is basically one big warehouse with some specialized machinery tucked in the back. We spend a lot of time monitoring temperatures and making sure the mixes are coming out the way they should. If someone gets the timing wrong, we have to start all over, which is a real pain. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you just walk into the main area and find one of us. Usually, we’re covered in a bit of dust or carrying a clipboard. We try to keep the place organized, but when we get a large shipment of raw materials, the aisles get a bit cramped for a few days. We don't really do much advertising. Most of the people we work with have been buying from us for years. They know we’re just regular people trying to do a good job. We have our fair share of equipment breakdowns, which keeps the mechanic busy. It's a loud environment, but you get used to the hum of the motors after a while. We just keep our heads down and get the work done, simple as that. There is no point in complicating things when the basic process works just fine for what we need.
