It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done. Chapra is a busy town, and we wanted to provide this kind of training locally so people don't have to travel to Patna. We spend our days showing folks how to use extinguishers and what to do when things go wrong. It’s a serious subject, but we keep the atmosphere fairly relaxed so people can actually learn.
