If you ever find yourself out near Kheriatangar, you might pass by Angardiha. That is where we have set up Kolhan Agro Industry Private Limited on Plot Number 2056. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, and the roads are not always in the best shape, especially after the monsoon season. We picked this spot because it is close to the fields where the actual work happens. We do not have a fancy reception desk or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. Most of the time, we are out back or checking on the equipment. It is a lot of manual labor and getting your hands dirty. The people who work here live just down the road, so we all know each other and our families. We deal with the stuff that comes off the land. It is not always pretty work, and the shed can get pretty hot during the summer months. We have some old desks and a few chairs for when we need to do the paperwork, but mostly we are on our feet. We did not start this to get famous or anything. We just saw a need for an agro industry setup in this specific part of the district. Some people find it too quiet out here, but for us, the sound of the wind and the occasional tractor is just right. We take things one day at a time.
