Rajput Dhaaba

We are located out here in Madanpur, right on the G T Road in the Gopiganj area. It is a busy stretch of road, especially with all the trucks and people moving between Varanasi and other places. Being near Om Uchcha Shiksha Sansthan means we see a lot of students and teachers passing by during the day. The shop has been here for a while now, and we just try to keep things moving. Some people stop by when they are heading all the way to Jaipur too. It gets quite dusty on the main road, but that is just how it is around here in Bhadohi. We open up early and stay open until the traffic thins out at night. There is always something to do, whether it is cleaning up the tables or sorting out the kitchen supplies. The weather here in Sant Ravidas Nagar can get pretty hot in the summer, so we try to keep the place as cool as we can for whoever walks in. It isn't a fancy place, just a spot on the side of the highway where people can take a break from their drive. We see a lot of the same faces from the village and some new ones every day. Life moves at its own pace here, and we just fit into the daily routine of the town. We are just doing our thing on the G T Road.
