Atulita Technologies Private Limited operates out of H. No. 1-4-130/A/14 in the Bayammathota area. It’s a local spot, and we’ve been here for a while now. The office is really just part of the house, which keeps things feeling very informal and down-to-earth. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a board room. We mostly meet around a big kitchen table or at the desks we’ve squeezed into the main room. Working in Bayammathota means we’re away from the main commercial centers, but we still manage to stay plenty busy with all the technology work we handle. There’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day. We spend most of our time on computers, but we also have to deal with the regular stuff like making sure the bill is paid and the equipment is working. It’s a small operation, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute you’re fixing a line of code, and the next you’re moving a box of supplies out of the way. We like it this way because it’s simple. There isn't any management talking about synergy or whatever corporate people say. We just work hard and try to finish our tasks before the day is over. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps us stay concentrated. It’s a good, honest way to make a living in a place we know well.
