Little Blossoms Play Way School

If you go down Gali No. 3 in Block-E here in Sangrur, you’ll find Little Blossoms Play Way School. We’re located right at number 103. It’s a fairly small operation, mostly centered on giving the little ones a place to go during the day while their parents are at work. We have kids who are just learning to speak properly and others who are almost ready for a bigger school next year. The days are long and usually pretty noisy. There's always someone dropping a crayon or running down the hall when they're supposed to be sitting still on the mats. We have a few rooms set up with basic tables and some pictures on the walls. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of high-tech stuff; we mostly use blocks, toys, and picture books to keep them busy. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we see the same faces every day at the gate. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded when parents come to pick up their children at noon or in the afternoon. We do our best to keep the place tidy, but with twenty kids in a room, that doesn't usually last very long. It’s a lot of practical work, like helping them with their lunch boxes or tying up shoelaces after playtime. We’ve been in this part of Sangrur for a bit now, and people just know we’re here.
