Shakti Industries

Our place, Shakti Industries, is right on Jagera Road. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, which we actually prefer because it’s a lot quieter out here. The space we have is quite open, and we’ve used it to set up our workshop and a small storage area. Working on Jagera Road has its own charms; you see the traffic pass by and occasionally a few tractors. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. It’s not a fancy setup at all. We have our tools, our materials, and a small area where we sit down for lunch. We spend most of the day tinkering with things and making sure the orders are being filled correctly. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, but that’s just life on the outskirts. We don’t use any complicated systems to track our work, just a ledger and some good memory. People who come to visit us usually comment on how relaxed the atmosphere is compared to the city. We take pride in just doing the work well and not worrying about all the extra stuff. It’s a quiet life of manufacturing here. We’re just glad to have a roof over our heads and a steady stream of work to keep us occupied. My nephew helps me with the heavy lifting on the weekends when he isn't in school. We usually close up early on Saturdays.
