Standard Agriculture Works

You can find us right on Sangrur Road in Dhuri, literally just across from the cinema hall. It’s a busy spot with lots of tractors and people passing by all day. We spend most of our time out in the yard or the workshop fixing things and making farm equipment. It gets pretty greasy and loud with the welding and the hammering going on all the time. This shop has been here for years, and we’ve seen the town change quite a bit around us. Most of the farmers from the nearby villages know where we are located. We don’t really do any fancy advertising, people just come by when they need something repaired or a new tool for their fields. The shop is filled with scrap metal, spare parts, and half-finished machines that we are working on. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to sit down because there's so much stuff everywhere. We start early in the morning, especially during the harvest season when everyone is in a big rush. It’s hard work, and the sun gets really hot in the summer, but it is what we do. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how to handle the metal and the engines. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us covered in oil and dirt. That is just how it is at a place like this on Sangrur Road. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
