Ashirwad Rice Mills

Ashirwad Rice Mills is located in Village Handiaya just off the Mansa Road. It is a quiet little spot most of the year until the rice starts coming in. We have a couple of big sheds where we store the paddy before it goes into the mill. The village is small so everyone knows when we are working late because of the lights and the noise. We started this mill because we wanted to work for ourselves in our own area. Mansa Road is right there so it is easy to transport the finished goods out to the buyers. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. It is just me and a few local guys from Handiaya who do the work. We spend our days checking the moisture in the grain and making sure the milling process is smooth. It is a lot of manual labor and our backs usually ache by evening. But that is just how it is in this line of work. We have been here for years and we know the land and the people around us. We are just a local mill trying to make a living and keep the business running. We don't use big words or make big promises. We just mill the rice and keep the place as clean as a rice mill can be. We are glad to be part of the community here in Handiaya and on Mansa Road and hope to keep at it for a long time.
